From Temporing Barcelona we select aHR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Payroll and Social Security process.
- Manage Learning and Training processes.
- Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.
- Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals.
- Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.
- Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
