As an HR Operations Coordinator your main responsibilities include :

  • own the end-to-end administrative process for employees, onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding
  • maintain and audit the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accuracy in employee records and reporting
  • act as the bridge between HR and Payroll, ensuring all monthly changes (bonuses, leaves, deductions) are communicated accurately
