Position Details
Be the new HR Administrator in our Debrecen office – the one who ties the threads together and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of both HR and business administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
HR administration: onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining records, managing holidays and benefits
Supporting HR processes and reports, ensuring data accuracy
Collaborating with employees and partners, handling day-to-day HR queries
Supporting payroll and financial administration, collaborating with accountants
Office management: maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
Travel coordination and liaising with suppliers
Requirements
Technical:
Proficiency in with various software applications program including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook and capacity to learn new technology/systems.
