About the position

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on HR Manager to support the buildout and ongoing operations of our new Lima, Peru location. This role will play a critical part in establishing foundational HR processes, supporting employees and managers, and ensuring a strong employee experience as we scale. This position will balance day‑to‑day HR execution with opportunities to contribute to broader HR initiatives across the US and Latin America. The ideal candidate is a strong HR generalist who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and is excited to be part of launching and growing a new site.
