Execute, organize and implement Corporate TMOD & local initiatives to facilitate employee development and strengthen a Leadership and Performance Culture following Continental Core Values.
Support competency management by identifying gaps and proposing training measures.
Steer and/or execute Vocational Training Management and university connections.
