We're an egg production and distribution company (NKV Grade 1 certified, ~60,000 eggs/day, two consumer brands) transitioning from a founder-led operation into a professionally structured organization. We're looking for an HR Manager to build our HR function from the ground up — org structure, performance systems, SOPs, compensation framework, and compliance.

This is a builder's role, not a maintenance role. You'll report directly to the CEO and have a real mandate to design systems that will define how this company scales.
