What success looks like in this role
- Develops knowledge and skills within a particular area or discipline.
- Performs work assignments under the direction of a supervisor, manager or senior-level associate.
- May work on an alternating (i.e., every other semester) or temporary basis, attending school or vocational training during periods of non‑work.
- Develops knowledge and skills within a non‑technical discipline (i.e., Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer Service). Typical duties may fall into an area as described below.
Finance
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping or financial tracking.
- Assisting with expense reporting and reimbursements.
- Supporting budget development and tracking (by gathering relevant data and creating spreadsheets).
Human Resources
