Job Description
Within the HR Strategy & Transformation team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new Career Framework — including a job catalog, career streams, and grading structure — as well as to ensure its ongoing maintenance and integration within HR policies.
In this role, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of strategic topics, including:
Governance
