Our Financial Services client in South Dublin, has an exciting requirement for a HR Generalist, for a permanent role. The successful candidates will be e first point of contact for all HR support required throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Role is working fully onsite. RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED. Support hiring managers with recruitment, from job posting to placement Management of processes from onboarding to off boarding Maintaining HR systems, documentation and contract Manage HR Inbox queries Support payroll and reward related activities Coordinate L&D needs HR reporting and analysis Ensuring health & safety compliance Facility management duties, as arises EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of 2 years HR experience Human Resources qualification (third level or professional qualification e.g. CIPD) Desirable Excellent communication skills Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth or Skills: HR Generalis...
