Process semi-monthly payroll in coordination with Finance/Payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment standards and company policies.Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and communication with benefit providers.Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, vacation, and leaves of absence.
