Posting Summary
This position communicates human resources policies, procedures and general information to employees, job applicants, and retirees that contact central Human Resources via email, phone and walk-in. This position will collaborate with the broad HR department to resolve basic to moderately complex inquiries in a timely manner. It requires utilizing a variety of systems (including Human Resource Information Systems ( HRIS ), Applicant Tracking Systems ( ATS ), contact management and electronic personnel file software). It will be expected to handle confidential/sensitive information regarding the and administration of benefits, payroll and personnel matters management in Human Resource Information Systems ( HRIS ).
