This HR Generalist role provides the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to be a strategic partner to our Newmarket Operations manufacturing site. This role is accountable for working collaboratively with the operations business leaders in support of the strategies necessary to acquire, engage, develop and grow the talent necessary to support business growth.

This role reports directly to the Canadian Operations Human Resources Busiess Manager while partnering closely with the site operations teams.

This role will be Full-time (40 hours per week) and will be based onsite in Newmarket, Ontario.
