About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR & Admin department in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

• Coordinate employee joining formalities
