We are looking for a proactive and fast-learning HR Operations Specialist to temporarily join our team and support the Employee Lifecycle & Immigration processes. This is a temporary position for 12 months and requires someone who can quickly adapt, take ownership, and deliver high-quality service in a dynamic, international environment.
How you’ll make an impact
- Manage and execute immigration processes for local hires and business travel, handling all types of work and residence permits from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with Swiss immigration regulations and internal procedures
- Provide high-level HR Operations support to HR colleagues, business managers, and employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing aligned with our Service Level Agreements
