Job description
Act as the face of HR for the employees of the country in which you work. Ensure professional, timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues. Act as the local HR systems expert (SuccessFactors and SAP Launchpad), provide introductions, training, and guidance to enable all users successfully engage with our HR systems.
Reports to: Team Lead HR Operations, NL
Contract duration : The position is temporary for 6-8 months.
Main duties and responsibilities
Apply your functional HR expertise to prioritise, respond to and resolve HR questions, requests and issues. Quickly escalate more complex queries to the appropriate point of contact within the local HR team.
Execute all actions related to the employee lifecycle, e.g. onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding, from drafting the confirmation letter/contract to processing the change in the HR sys...
