The successful candidate will be accountable for managing medical leave cases (short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), workers’ compensation, no fault and unapproved disability) for SGI and its regional operations. In this role, you will initiate and process claims, develop and facilitate return-to-work plans, and manage the job accommodation process. You will also provide operational support and coverage for Leave Management services related to maternity, paternity, family caregiver and compassionate care and other leave types.
