What the day will look like
The consultant will be primarily in charge of the compensation and benefits studies for an industry, while supporting on consulting projects.

+ Approach client appropriately with compensation services;

+ Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies using spreadsheet, database,and customized application;

+ Provide data consultation and evoke broader HR dialogues with clients and be able to offer suggestions and solutions;

+ Act as consultant in compensation & benefits related consulting projects.
