Ensuring the implementation of Group HR processes at the site and their continuous optimization Providing competent and trustworthy advice and support to colleagues at the site on HR-related issues and personnel development Supporting managers in managing change, engaging employees and building skills and competencies effectively Create a constructive interface with corporate Group HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits - as well as with regional HR managers Implement corporate (HR) policies at the sites in collaboration with the Plant Manager and Works Council, as appropriate - Implement and ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining and labor law changes Constructive cooperation and negotiations with the works council/trade unions.
