Serve as the primary HR contact for managers at the Trento plant, providing strategic and operational guidance on HR topics such as labor law, performance, development and day‑to‑day people matters.
Ensure effective collaboration with regional and global CoE teams, supporting the local execution of HR processes, systems and initiatives (. performance management, talent development, culture, total rewards, HR reporting).
Maintain a constructive and compliant relationship with the Workers Council, sharing relevant information, supporting negotiations and ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements.
Analyze and monitor HR KPIs and workforce‑related data to proactively identify trends, challenges and opportunities, recommending actions that improve business and people performance.
