As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on performance management and conflict resolution. Your responsibilities will include supporting grievance processes, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements. You will also participate in collective bargaining negotiations, prepare management reports, and champion HR process improvements for better employee relations.
