We are looking for an HRBP colleague to join Apleona team in Dublin 14
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Partnering and consulting with line managers to provide daily HR guidance. Ensuring end-to-end HR service delivery Continually updating managers with employment laws and company policies. Mentor and Engage in performance management and development of people across the business Provide guidance on employee and industrial relations activities as needed, including preparation and presentation of cases at Workplace Relations Commission Act as the first point of contact to manage all employee relations issues that arise. Provide guidance and support to management in regard to all employee relations issues ensuring compliance within legislative and regulatory environments.
