Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the quality delivery of one or more HR & Benefits processes across the Netherlands (HR + Benefits) and Denmark (Benefits). You will develop an in‑depth understanding of GE HealthCare’s HR & Benefits systems, processes, and relevant legislative requirements in both countries.
This position requires strong focus on data integrity and analysis to support key HR and Benefits decisions, while providing coverage and support where needed. You will identify and resolve operational issues, drive process improvements, and promote “Best in Class” service delivery. In addition, you will build effective partnerships and collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external suppliers.
