Job Summary
The HR Assistant will serve as the senior HR leader responsible for overseeing all human resources functions in Puebla, Mexico, with primary ownership of employee relations, labor compliance in tandem with the legal team, regulatory adherence, and organizational development.
This role requires deep expertise in Mexican labor law, workplace culture, internal working regulations, disciplinary procedures, and compliance risk mitigation. The Head of People will ensure the organization operates in full compliance with federal, state, and municipal labor requirements while building scalable HR systems that support operational growth and performance.
