Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare all administrative documents related to people management: contracts, amendments, leaver documents, etc
Maintain up-to-date records for each colleague, including time/attendance reports.
Guide our line managers to manage in the UTAC way.
Promote the UTAC culture and values (Integrity, Expertise, and Innovation).
Support payroll activity each month.
Manage HR related payables in AP-system (Maestro NG)
