As HR Advisor, you will report to the Senior Advisor and lead various HR services. Your strong interpersonal skills will pivot you as a trusted advisor, supporting vital HR initiatives while fostering development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health and safety program participation
• Cultivate effective relationships and provide HR counsel
• Drive process improvement and HR initiatives
• Manage employee relations with confidentiality
• Act as a key user of SAP SuccessFactors for HR data
