THE ROLE

The HR Admin is responsible for the administrative task in time management. The main responsabilities and tasks are:

 

  • Complete review and processing of sick notes / electronic sickness communication (“eAU”) as well as clarification of pre-existing conditions (“Vorerkrankungen”)
  • Monitoring and maintenance of time accounts and time recording for completeness and correction of incorrect entries
  • Processing and approval or rejection of absence/time off requests
  • Activation of employee badges for time tracking
  • First point of contact for employee questions...
