Key Responsibilities

+ Support attorneys with all phases of housing litigation matters, including unlawful detainers, habitability claims, and rent control disputes

+ Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

+ Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date
