Serving a vulnerable population, you'll provide individual support, enhance life skills, and ensure safe living environments. A rotating schedule from Monday to Friday includes on-call rotation, making this role both challenging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate individuals to boost self-efficacy and independence
• Use Natural Supports to improve client networks and outcomes
• Provide life skills training in health, nutrition, and safety
• Monitor recovery-oriented progress for residents
