Summary
We are seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in the hospitality industry.
This role is responsible for detailed room inspections, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance standards are maintained in guest rooms, public areas and back of the house areas.
This role also involves mentoring colleagues, ensuring compliance with Hyatt Policies, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture in line with our purpose.
**Qualifications**:
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Supervise and support room attendants, housepersons, and other housekeeping team members in alignment with Hyatt brand standards.
