KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Oversee the organization and administrative management of the Housekeeping department.
Ensure the quality of room service at the Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s Paris.
Ensure the success of operations and the fulfillment of service quality commitments.
Adjust schedules based on business activity.
Supervise, motivate, lead, plan, and oversee all Housekeeping staff.
Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards.
Serve as acting General Housekeeper in the General Housekeeper’s absence.
Train and welcome new employees.
