Our successful Hotel Operations Manager: Operational Management by overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments to address operational challenges & ensure consistent service delivery. Guest Experience & Service Excellence by ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Financial & Commercial Management by monitoring departmental costs & revenue performance. People Management by fostering a positive, disciplined and high-performance work culture. Provide strategic oversight & operational support to the Hotel Sales Department. Conduct monthly audits on service and standard operating procedures on all Hotels. Reporting & Administration by preparing operational reports for Group Operations Director. Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
