In this role, you will be responsible for the guesthouses day-to-day operational management, ensuring smooth customer service, and assisting with financial administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operations and performing a variety of administrative tasks
• Invoicing and assisting with financial management tasks
• Personnel management and shift scheduling
• Serving as the designated manager responsible for alcohol sales in accordance with the Alcohol Act
• Developing international customer service and marketing

Requirements

• Relevant administrative experience or prior supervisory experience
• A valid liquor license and willingness to take responsibility for liquor service operations
