Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with the preparation, production, and service of food across all outlets
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes on the assigned section to the required standard
- Support service delivery for both internal and external guests
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all menus, including breakfast, lunch, table d'hote, and a la carte
- Complete and update production sheets accurately on a daily basis
- Ensure food is prepared and delivered to the correct area in a timely manner
