Program Objective:
To provide interns with practical experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on front desk operations, and guest relations. Interns will develop skills in communication, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking, preparing them for future roles in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relation:
Welcoming and checking in/out guestsAnswering queries about facilities, local attractions, and transportation
Managing guest feedback and resolving complaints
Offering personalized recommendations for local experiences
Front Desk Operations:
Using booking systems (online and in-house software)
Learn how to make cash and card payments
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Coordinating room assignments and managing reservations
Engage with travelers, receive orders, and deliver beverages and refreshments following WOT protocols
