Position: Hospitality Facilitator
Job Description - The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating hospitality training programmes for waiters, baristas, bartenders, kitchen staff, and banqueting teams.
Location: Cape Town – Foreshore
Contract Type: Permanent
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years within the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in hospitality training and staff development advantageous
- Strong operational knowledge of banqueting and conferencing environments
- Experience working with waiters, baristas, bartenders, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams
- Knowledge of food service standards, customer service, hygiene, and hospitality operations
Education
- A relevant Hospitality or Training qualification (NQF 5 or equivalent)
- Assessor/Facilitator qualification advantageous
