Job Summary:
Duties include but are not limited to: Duties include but not limited to: provide call center support for PM&R Therapy Department. Primary responsibilities include: pre-register accounts in Epic, scheduling appointments in Medilinks; monitoring of all schedules throughout the day to backfill cancellations and add extra visits as requested by therapists as they happen; managing all incoming patient referrals from phone, fax and computer systems and process within 48 hours. Other clerical duties assigned as needed. Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills are necessary. Computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology and prior medical office or call center experience desired.
