We are a U.S. based company that specializes in providing innovative software solutions and call center services to Public Housing Authorities across the country.
Requirements
- Advanced English and Spanish (C1/C2 level)
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
- Available between 9–6pm EST
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Performance Goals
- 7 calls/hour during training
- 10+ calls/hour after training
- Bonuses for maintaining 11+ calls/hour with quality standards
Compensation
- $5USD/hour, with $4USD/hour during the training period
- Full‑time: $800/month
- Part‑time: $400/month
