Summary As a High Voltage Electrician Leader (Foreman II), you will provide leadership and direction for a crew of typically 5 to 11 trade and craft employees ranging in experience and expertise from entry level trainee to fully competent skilled journeymen in the operation and maintenance functions of high-voltage substations, transmission lines, associated facilities and equipment. Responsibilities As a High Voltage Electrician Leader (Foreman II), you will: Work with the crew to prioritize, coordinate, and complete routine work for optimum safety and operations; minimize adverse impact on landowners, the public, other agencies and customers whose activities or property may be involved; and fair utilization of personnel. Inspect work site and monitor work in progress to identify potentially unsafe conditions and if environmental procedures are being followed.
