Hematology Business Unit Manager (CAR‑T)

Position Overview

Lead the Country Value Team (CVT) to identify, plan, and deliver initiatives that generate measurable value for the CAR‑T brand, aligned with strategy defined by the Value Excellence Book and tailored to local market needs. Oversee site certification, commercial operations with physicians and hospital management, and manage CAR‑T operations, serving as the primary point of contact for site setup and certification. Additionally, serve as the Cell Therapy Account Leader (CTAL) responsible for hospital commercial negotiations, contract operations, and access strategy support.
