ExperTech is looking for a Level 3 Helpdesk Technician based fully onsite in Montreal, specializing in Microsoft 365 support and endpoint management. Elevate user support with your expertise across multiple locations.
This pivotal role involves acting as the last point of contact for escalated technical issues, requiring 5 years of experience in Helpdesk or IT Systems Administration. You will be responsible for managing Microsoft environments, supporting user connectivity solutions, and contributing to a knowledge base aligned with ITIL practices. Occasional travel to remote Quebec sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert Level 3 support for complex issues
• Troubleshoot Active Directory and Windows environments
• Manage lifecycle of endpoints using Intune/SCCM
• Assure remote connectivity through VPN management
