We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Requirements:
• Availability to work 22.5 hours per week
• Interest in working on Morning/Afternoon/Night shifts
• Advanced English
• Looking to work in IT Environment
• 6 months of experience in Customer Service
