What You'll Do

• Handle escalated technical support requests from Level 1 agents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex support issues in both Windows and, on occasion, MacOS environments.
• Resolve peripheral connectivity and functionality issues.
• Resolve Microsoft 0365 End User issues.
• Resolve standard PC software, Microsoft Office updates, VPN connectivity issues, and basic connectivity failures.
• Respond to and diagnose incidents through discussions with users.
• Provide a customer service-oriented approach under pressure.
