We are recruiting a Customer Service Analyst with an excellent level of Dutch for one of Europe`s leading IT Infrastructure providers. This person will be responsible for providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail, receiving requests and finding the solutions to them. You are the candidate we are looking for if you:
- You have perfect knowledge of Dutch and German
- You have previous experience with or interest in IT would be a plus (training will be provided)
- You have experience in customer service is a plus
- You have high communicative skills
