Location: On-site role 5 days a week in Windsor, ON.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety orientation, job site inspections, and accident/injury reports.
- Organize and conduct training programs including WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, and CPR/First Aid.
- Monitor employees and subcontractors on-site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and accelerate issues to resolution.
- Proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and take necessary measures to correct them; delegate and influence others to follow safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in managing health and safety within construction.
- Working towards, or already a certified member under the Occupational Health & Safety Act/Regulations with experience on a large‑scale construction site and National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certificate. A college degree or...
