The Health Care Aide (HCAs) provide direct, client-centered care under the direction of regulated health professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). HCAs deliver care in home, community and lodge settings, supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in alignment with individualized care plans. Supporting mobility, transfers, feeding, hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Delivering respite support to families and caregivers.
