Overview
The chosen candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and visibility of the well‑being program at Pratt&WhitneyCanada. The role requires moving from strategy to execution by leading assigned projects, on‑site events, and training activities while ensuring sound governance of vendors and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic plan to bring the vision of the approach to life and support its continued growth.
- Act as lead or contributor on several large‑scale projects (e.g., results measurement strategy, health and well‑being committee, peer support/network, international support, digital platform, training and events, workplace environment, communications management).
- Lead the management of health and well‑being vendors and partners, including contract negotiations, renewals, performance evaluations, relationship management, and complaint follow‑ups.
