Your Mission:

As the Health and Safety Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programs across all Ontario facilities and project sites. You will provide strategic guidance, operational support, and expert oversight to ensure a proactive, compliant, and high‑performing safety culture that never compromises the well‑being of employees, contractors, or partners.

A key part of your role includes partnering closely with site leaders and collaborating and reporting to the Director, Health and Safety to ensure consistent program execution, regulatory compliance, and strong alignment with organizational goals. You will be part of a broader team of Health and Safety Specialists.
