Responsibilities
Health and Safety Engineer is responsible for meeting the H&S KPIs in their responsibility area, collaborating with customers to provide continuous improvement to the H&S System through development of specific activities of the WHS department.
- Apply legal and corporate requirements.
- Train workers on regulatory and corporate issues.
- Execute regulatory and corporate legal audits (E2HS, STPS, ISO45001).
- Review and authorize floor plant daily activities using risk assessment tools for routine and non‑routine tasks.
- Provide support in 3 shifts as plant needs.
- Implement visual safety standards.
- Participate and monitor tasks generated in plant meetings.
- Detect unsafe acts and conditions.
- Perform incident investigation and monitoring, and provide effective feedback to audits.
