Key Responsibilities:
1) Leadership & Strategic Direction
- Set the strategic goals, objectives and operational plans for the trust services function.
- Lead, develop and manage the trust administration or advisory team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams (legal, compliance, tax, wealth planning, operations) and external stakeholders to drive service excellence.
2) Trust Operations & Administration
- Oversee the end-to-end trust administration workflow, including the creation, ongoing management and review of trust structures.
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality control and adherence to internal policies and service level agreements.
