As a Head of Tool Center Regional Hubs, you will lead and coordinate all Field Service tooling activities across the Europe & Africa region. Reporting directly to the regional Head of Tool Center, this role drives the regional tooling strategy by developing and standardizing tool centers, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service quality across all tooling locations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing tooling inventory and certification, managing regional tooling cost centres and CAPEX planning, harmonising tooling processes and systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of internal tooling management applications.
